Blog Changes in 2014

Happy New Year! I’m instituting a few changes for this blog.

Going forward, this blog will only be for announcements – meaning publication release dates, convention appearances that have to do with my writing, and the like. In keeping with this I’ve deleted a number of past posts, leaving the blog a bit short on content for now (lol) – but hopefully more release date posts will make up for it in the coming year!

I’m also turning off the comment function since the posts from now on will just be announcements. I’m happy to hear from people and can always be reached at the email address at the “Contact Me” link in the column to the right, if you’d like to get in touch with me.

I’m changing this blog for a few reasons. I’m not proficient at social media and am a fairly private person so I’ve never made this a personal sort of blog. That’s something others are good at, but it’s not my kind of thing. And I don’t have enough of my writing published yet to turn this into an actual writing blog either. I’m still learning and growing as a writer and whatever I have to say about writing probably wouldn’t be of much use to anyone.

The biggest reason is that I’m increasing my writing time and (I hope) production this year. If I’m successful at that, you’ll see it here with more posts about release dates for my novels, novellas and short stories.
